Cancellation Policy

Service appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled under the following conditions:

  • 24+ Hours Notice: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time will not incur any charges.
  • Less Than 24 Hours: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the estimated service cost.
  • Same Day Cancellation: Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the estimated service cost.
  • No-Show: If our service team arrives and you are not available, a no-show fee may apply.

Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis:

  • Before Work Begins: Full refund if cancellation occurs before any work has been started.
  • During Service: Partial refund may be available if service is cancelled after work has begun, based on work completed and materials used.
  • After Completion: If you are unsatisfied with completed work, we will first attempt to remedy the situation. If a remedy is not possible, a refund may be considered based on the circumstances.

Warranty on Workmanship

Thexrovathythron provides a warranty on workmanship for all restoration and repair services:

  • Duration: 90 days from the date of service completion
  • Coverage: Warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials used in the restoration process
  • Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or damage from extreme weather conditions are not covered
  • Remedy: We will repair or redo work covered under warranty at no additional cost

Material Guarantees

Materials used in our services are covered by manufacturer warranties. We will assist you in filing warranty claims with manufacturers when applicable. Our workmanship warranty is separate from material warranties.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern about our services:

  1. Contact us immediately to discuss the issue
  2. We will schedule a follow-up inspection if needed
  3. We will work to resolve the matter to your satisfaction
  4. If resolution cannot be reached, we will discuss refund or additional service options

Special Circumstances

We understand that special circumstances may arise:

  • Weather Delays: Services may be rescheduled due to inclement weather without penalty
  • Unforeseen Damage: If additional damage is discovered during service that was not visible in initial assessment, we will discuss options before proceeding
  • Safety Concerns: We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if safety concerns arise

Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed upon before service begins:

  • Payment may be required in full upon completion of service
  • For larger projects, a deposit may be required with balance due upon completion
  • Payment methods accepted include cash, check, and major credit cards
